GRADUATION
REQUIREMENTS
The
State requires that all students successfully complete a certain
series of courses to be eligible for graduation. Guidelines to receive
a high school diploma from Deweyville High School a student must:
- Pass
the TAKS - ELA, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies or pass the
TAAS - Writing, Mathematics, Reading if first year of high school
was the 2000-2001 school year or earlier.
- Earn
a minimum of 26 credits out of a possible 28.
- Meet
all TEA course requirements as specified in the degree plans.
- Attend
school at least 90% of the 180 days.
